认知语料库语言学:关于理论和方法的五点讨论

本文在规模报酬可变情况下,采用全要素生产率分析框架,从生产理论的角度,综合考虑了纯技术效率变化、规模效率变化、技术进步和技术效率变化,并利用知识生产函数构造了可考察动态变化的DEA-Malmquist专利产出绩效指数。然后运用2000-2008年我国30个省区的社会经济面板数据对专利产出绩效进行实证分析,并采用空间计量经济方法对其区域差异性和影响因素进行综合考察。研究结果显示,中国省域专利产出绩效在总体上呈上升趋势,其分布态势表现出了明显的空间自相关性,且其中"创新者"主要集中在中国东部沿海地区。在全国范围内,区域经济发展水平、产业结构、城市化水平对于专利产出绩效存在明显的推动作用;而在短期内,技术市场成交额和受大专以上教育(十万人)的人力资源产出指标对于绩效水平的提升缺乏显著贡献。  相似文献

职业足球不断商业化的今天,资本不断注入足球行业影响着其发展,地区经济水平已成为了决定职业足球影响力中的重要因素。为了探究职业足球影响力与地区经济水平相关性,通过定性与定量分析2017-2019年中国足球三级职业联赛影响力变化与地区经济发展水平的关系。发现城镇人口生活水平与地区综合经济水平相对地区经济繁荣程度对足球影响力的作用更显著。未来的足球发展应建立健康体系,通过足球本身的发展带动相关产业的进步,为地区经济创造可观的效益。  相似文献

本文采用中国大陆分省区面板数据,利用空间计量经济学方法,并基于区域创新环境的角度,实证考察了我国政府RD资助的空间自相关特征及其影响因素。研究发现,考察期内我国政府RD资助在空间上呈现较强的空间自相关性;区域创新环境变量中,区域基础设施环境、金融环境、人力资本环境、制度环境及对外开放水平对政府RD资助具有显著的正向拉动效应,而经济发展环境的影响并不显著。本文结论为我国政府科技资助政策的科学制定提供参考。  相似文献

在阐述举证责任和证明标准相关理论的基础上,分析<世界反兴奋剂条例>制定、修订前后,非药检阳性案件举证规则的变化,并以国际体育仲裁院裁决的美国反兴奋剂机构诉蒙哥马利等案件为例,对非药检阳性案件的指控方和被指控方的举证责任和证明标准进行阐述.<世界反兴奋剂条例>制定后与制定前相比,反兴奋剂组织承担的证明标准降低了,而<世界反兴奋剂条例>修订后与修订前相比,被指控兴奋剂违规方承担的证明标准提高了.目前所适用介于"优势证据标准"与"排除合理怀疑标准"之间的弹性证明标准,值得我国在今后立法实践中借鉴吸收.  相似文献   

Mapping cultural assets and evaluating significance: theory,methodology and practice

Over the last decade in the UK, there has been a notable shift in the popularity and use of cultural mapping as a methodology for policy making at a regional and local level. This follows increased demand for an informed framework for planning arts and cultural facilities from local and regional government and from within the cultural sector (Evans, 2008: p. 65). The article begins with an exploration of cultural mapping within cultural policy, which explores the context for the growth in this area of activity, and why this kind of activity appeals to policy makers and organisations. It then goes on to examine four cultural mapping exercises which have been undertaken in recent years in the UK. These studies have been chosen because although they all focus the mapping of cultural assets within a specific geographic area, they differ to one degree or another in purpose, context, definition, geographic scale and methodology. They illustrate the narrow range of approaches deployed in the cultural mapping field in the UK, and as such provide a useful means of critically reviewing their limits as well as highlighting the issues and challenges faced by cultural cartography in practice. The article concludes by considering the type of mapping research that is “allowed” within the discursive confines of consultancy based cultural policy research.  相似文献

Bridging the ‘Know‐Do Gap’: a role for health information professionals?

This feature briefly examines the development of knowledge translation, knowledge transfer and the knowledge broker role as constituting the next manifestation of the movement that brought us evidence based medicine and its derivatives. It examines the extent to which health information professionals currently meet the specification for a knowledge broker role. In doing so it assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the profession when ranged alongside the five components of the knowledge transfer process that is, problem identification; knowledge development and selection; analysis of context; knowledge transfer interventions; and knowledge utilization. Current deficiencies also lie in a need for political astuteness and awareness and in a lack of knowledge of the most significant models of behavioural change. The feature concludes by examining the potential for knowledge team approaches arguing that gains from a wider perspective that encompasses the entire knowledge process may be even more significant than the pooling of collective knowledge, skills and expertise.  相似文献

Whilst many of us engage in supporting clinicians in identifying, appraising and using evidence, how many of us adopt the same approach to our own work? A recent survey by the UK LIS Research Coalition indicated that 60% of respondents use research reports as a source of information whilst a similar proportion of health library respondents use professional events such as conferences as a source of information. This summer sees the 6^th International Evidence Based Library and Information Practice (EBLIP6) being held at the University of Salford, UK between 27^th‐30^th June which will go some way to satisfying this latter information need whilst the Health Information and Libraries Journal can help satisfy the need for research reports.
